Yes I am going active again on my stuff. I suddenly began to tap the model pool surrounding me and started drawing a couple of them as their favorite superhero/comic book character. It is enlightening- I figured that each choice is based on each models' personality. Ideally I'd like to ask someone else to model for me- I have no idea how to reach her though Well, maybe I do...

And I also have been tasked with drawing preliminary characters for a friend's project. It has a unique take on the idea of heaven and hell, salvation and damnation, and it includes fantasy creatures. Working title? Lucifer's Lackeys. Although that will change to something just as catchy and humorous The challenge is to draw each character at specific ages- Ol' Scratch has to look like an older mafia kingpin sort- kinda like the "mayor" from Sucker Punch...

I also need to start on a literary project. I put it off long enough- not for lack of time, I just didn't have the drive to begin. It's in my head and might have a good start- I just hope when I articulate it the piece will actually make sense and not read as a disjointed stream-of-consciousness narrative. Once I start I can stay on the program until it finishes to my satisfaction- and I have a particular audience in mind...
